At Mettler, fitness classes involve more than bouncing on foam mats. Our dynamic, cutting-edge classes challenge all fitness levels: Increase flexibility and rejuvenate your body during Stretch for Life. Up your energy level with power-packed Total Conditioning. Push your body to the max in one of our intense Athleticism 3 sessions. Our experienced instructors will lead you in fun, contemporary classes designed for results.

Athleticism 3
Focus on your overall athletic development by improving the physical qualities needed to be successful in all sports. These one hour sessions combine strength and speed into one great workout. Perfect for anyone wanting to move to the next level of conditioning. Cutting edge training lead by qualified coaches leads to quicker results. Learn more.

A5
A5 is Athleticism for corporations who put together a “team” for training. There are 24 one-hour sessions in this progressive class including focus on cardiovascular and strength training. Teammates meet twice a week for twelve weeks. Start and end dates are decided upon by the team. Learn more.

Strength in Numbers
Want personalized attention but love working out with a group? Join Strength in Numbers. After assessing your fitness level, a personal trainer will craft an individualized plan that you’ll work on in the six-person class. Each hour-long class (offered daily) features a warm-up, strength training, core conditioning, and flexibility exercises. Monthly assessments will monitor whether you’re on track to meet your goals.

Stretch for Life
Led by a personal trainer, improve your flexibility and ensure proper technique with a variety of stretches and implements. Take a break from the desk, increase flexibility, and relax.

Total Conditioning
Go through a warm-up, circuit your way through strength and cardio, and finish with a strong core routine. Now you’ve gone through total conditioning.
