Mettler’s Athleticism 3 program is designed for athletes who want to succeed, not just sweat. Are you ready to recapture that old edge, or find your zone? Let our certified coaches push you into game shape with innovative, multidimensional training.

Treadmills are OK if you’re trying to burn calories—but when you want to improve your stamina, add muscle, and develop total body strength, you need a better ticket. Try ours: Mettler’s state-of-the-art facility features track, turf, and court surfaces, and Keiser® strength training areas.

Combine these facilities with our expert coaches and your athletic goals, and no two training sessions are the same. However, each A3 session includes active dynamic warm-up, energy system development, and strength training—designed to push your boundaries while keeping you injury-free.

A3 is for recreational and competitive athletes 19 years and older, and features hour-long sessions. Several packages are available. If you want better flexibility, more strength and stamina, and high-intensity performance, try A3.
