The best part about my job is seeing my clients face when they have reached their goals. I really do get to help them change their lives for good! It is a great feeling.
My favorite thing to do outside of work is spending time with my husband and our two labrador retrievers.
I relax by reading a good book! I recover by shopping! I recharge by exercising!
My favorite sport to watch is college football. My husband and I are big fans.
My favorite sport to play is tennis, and I normally play with my friends. I also love to play golf. I am not that good, but this is something Matt and I do together.
My favorite sports hero is…hmm. I really don’t have one, but if I have to choose it would be Tiger Woods or Lance Armstrong.
My role model is my father. He is a very hard worker and always puts his family first.
My favorite form of exercise is anything. I really don’t have a favorite. I just love being active.
My favorite group fitness class is Cycling at 5:45am with Cathy!
My drinks of choice are water or a $2 latte from Espresso Royal made with skim milk, of course.
Early bird or night owl? I am completely an early bird, considering I go to bed at 9:00 pm! I hate sleeping the day away.
I enjoy nutrition because it’s all about food, cooking, and feeling good.
The best way I can help serve a client is by listening, I feel that too many professionals do all the talking and not enough listening.
When I first meet a nutrition client I introduce myself and fill out a Nutrition and Health History.
My personal eating plan for a busy life includes three small meals a day and three snacks!
My favorite dessert is chocolate covered bananas, the brand is Diana’s Bananas. They are delicious.
My favorite Food Network program is Giada’s Everyday Italian.
Coffee or tea? I like them both, but if I have to choose—coffee.
Cooking or baking? Cook, bake, sauté, grill. I love doing it all, especially for a hungry crowd.
Rachel Rae or Emeril? Rachel Rae all the way!
