The best part about my job is helping people recover from an injury and educating them in how to help themselves.

My favorite thing to do outside of work is play with my kids, spend time with my husband, and work on our house.

I recharge by spending time with my family, reading, and surfing the internet.

My favorite sport to watch is football.

My favorite sport to play is golf.

My role models are my mother and my husband.

My favorite forms of exercise are walking, playing, and weight training.

My favorite group fitness class is one that is not crowded.

My drinks of choice are iced tea, LaCroix®, or water with lemon.

Early bird or night owl? Night owl by nature, but early bird by necessity.

I decided to help athletes move to the next level because athletes need proper education and guidance to heal properly, grow and excel.

A common mistake athletes make on the road to recovery is going back too early and not taking into account the whole body effect versus only the specific injury site.

Before I begin therapy, it’s important to understand where the patient is coming from, including their history, injury and goals. Also, to make sure the patient feels comfortable and confident with the therapist.

When I first meet an injured athlete I try to make sure we are on the same page. I look at their injury and other factors that may influence their recovery and healing.

The best way I can help an athlete recover is educate, guide, and support them in the healing process.

I most enjoy watching athletes return to what they love doing and succeed again.

I enjoy helping athletes gain the tools they need to succeed.

Football or golf? Football!
